Impressive! This book has great value. With it's going price and the wealth of knowledge it provides, it's a steal. This book is great for anybody who likes to bang out quick workouts in the morning before work and doesn't have the time to go to the gym, cleanup, and head to work in the morning. Before this book, my at home exercises consisted of push ups and sit-ups. With this book, I can switch it up and arm myself with new exercises to work my body out. It allows me to save at least an hour and a half alone of the setup and cleanup process of working out at the gym on a workday. Really worth recommending!
This was just what I was looking for; a book that shows you the muscles used in various exercises. I love strength training and this is very helpful and educational. It is written by "The Glute-Guy" who also has a very an informative newsletter that I subscribe to.
Great book on how to learn weight training the right way. This book has helped me work out more and it taught new kind of exercises I didn't know existed. Highly reccomend to all fitness lovers
I left for a month and took the book with my. In a constant mode, I could not train. But thanks to the book, I did the exercises and kept myself in shape. The exercises are described clearly. Now I can always train even if far from my own gym.
Definitely ment for a beginner. Maybe a good gift idea for some youth,girl or boy. Worth the price. Yep yep.
